1.夹具的选择:用户在购买拉力试验机是选择何种夹具至关重要,有些不了解的客户可能买了试验机由于夹具与试验方法不匹配造成无法使用。那用户在选择试验机时该如何避免此类情况呢?首先确定产品试验方法,以及试样尺寸。 1. Fixture selection: It is very important for the user to choose which kind of fixture to buy the tension tester. Some unknown customers may buy the tester because the fixture does not match the test method, which makes it impossible to use. How can users avoid such situations when choosing a test machine? First, determine the product test method and sample size. 2.试样在夹持处断裂:此类问题是迄今为止试验机行业比较头疼的问题,试样在夹持处断裂会影响测试结果(测试结果偏低),很多标准中也规定如果试样在夹持附近断裂时试验结果是不采纳的。出现这种情况的产品和试样一般为钢丝,长条形的塑料薄膜等。哑铃状试样无此种情况的发生。所以如出现产品在夹持处断裂时客户在有条件的情况下尽量选择哑铃状试验进行试验。这就是很多标准中规定试样制备为哑铃状的原因。 2. Fracture of specimens at the clamp: This kind of problem is a headache in the testing machine industry so far. Fracture of specimens at the clamp will affect the test results (the test results are low). Many standards also stipulate that the test results are not acceptable if the specimens fracture near the clamp. The products and samples in this case are generally steel wire, strip plastic film and so on. Dumbbell samples do not occur in such cases. Therefore, if the product breaks at the clamp, the customer will choose dumbbell test as far as possible to carry out the test under the conditions. This is why many samples require the specimen to be dumbbell shaped. 3.夹具打滑:夹具打滑,无法夹持试样;此类情况多出现于硬度较高的特殊金属类试样中。解决办法是选用硬度较高的定制钳。 3. Fixture skidding: Fixture skidding, can not clamp samples; this kind of situation often occurs in special metal samples with higher hardness. The solution is to use the higher hardness of the clamp. |
