| 橡胶拉力试验机操作规程 Operation procedure of rubber tensile test machine 一、使用环境 1. Use environment （一）在室温10℃-35℃，相对湿度不大于80%； (a) at room temperature 10 ℃, 35 ℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%; （二）在稳固的基础或工作台上，正确安装，环境无震动，无腐蚀性介质； (2) on a solid foundation or workbench, properly installed, the environment is free of vibration and no corrosive media; （三）电源电压的波动范围不应超过额定电压的±10%，试验机电源应有可靠接地，频率的波动不应超过额定频率的2%。 (3) the fluctuation range of the power supply voltage shall not exceed or exceed 10% of the rated voltage, and the test machine power shall have reliable grounding, and the fluctuation of frequency shall not exceed 2% of the rated frequency. 二、操作步骤 2. Operation procedure （一）制作试样：按照试验标准的要求制作试样，并测量其尺寸和其它数据； (I) sample preparation: make samples according to the requirements of the test, and measure their size and other data; (二)开机：先打开电脑上的软件测控系统，再打开试验机电源。根据欲进行的试验选择相应的试验类型； (2) start up: turn on the software measurement and control system on the computer, then turn on the test machine power. Select the test type according to the test of desire; （三）试运行：选择适当的速度使试验机升降运行一下，确定各系统运行正常； (iii) trial operation: select the appropriate speed to make the test machine run up and down to make sure the system is running normally; （四）新建记录：依据要进行的试验的次数，新建出相应的试验记录条数，并填入相应的批号、编号、试验环境、试样尺寸等相关数据； (4) new record: according to the number of tests to be conducted, the corresponding test record number shall be created, and relevant data such as batch number, number, test environment and sample size shall be filled in; （五）装放试样：调节试验机上装放试样的位置，装放好试样； (5) test sample: adjust the position of the test machine and put the test sample in place. （六）选择量程：根据试验所需要的试验力和变形的范围，选择合适的试验力和变形的档位（量程）； (6) selection of the range: according to the test force and the range of deformation required by the test, select the appropriate test force and the deformation gear (range); （七）清零：将试验力、变形、位移清零； (7) clear zero: the test force, deformation and displacement are clear; （八）试验速度：依据标准上试验过程的要求，设定合适的试验速度；标准上没有速度要求的，设置较合适的速度，速度不要太大，以免影响试验结果； (8) test speed: set appropriate test speed according to the requirements of the standard test procedure; There is no speed requirement in the standard, and the speed is not too large, so as not to affect the test results. （九）结束条件：依据标准上试验过程的要求，如果要将试样破坏掉的（比如拉伸，压缩）,选择“破型判断”；如果拉（或压）到某个试验力就结束的，选择“目标”、“试验力”；如果拉（或压）到某个变形就结束的，选择“目标”、“变形”； (9) end conditions: according to the requirements of the test procedure on the standard, if the samples are to be destroyed (such as stretching, compression), select "broken judgment"; If the pull (or pressure) ends with a test force, select "target" and "test force"; If the pull (or pressure) ends with a transformation, select "target" and "deform"; (十)试验开始：点“试验开始”按钮开始试验。 (10) test start: click "test start" button to start the test. （十一）试验结束：试验完成后“试验结束”按钮自动按下。如果需要中途结束试验，也可以按下“试验结束”按钮手动结束试验； (11) end of test: after completion of test, the "test end" button will be automatically pressed. If you need to finish the experiment halfway, you can manually end the experiment by pressing the "test end" button. （十二）试验结果：点“分析”按钮查看相应的试验结果。继续试验：点“试验”按钮返回试验操作界面，点“下一个”按钮将是试验记录切换到下一条，重复5-11步进行试验； (12) test results: click "analysis" button to see the corresponding test results. Continue experiment: click "test" button to return to the test operation interface. The "next" button will be the test record to switch to the next one, repeat 5-11 steps for the test; （十三）保存数据：如果试验数据需要保存，按“保存”按钮将试验数据保存到数据库，以备查阅。打印报表：如果试验结果需要打印，按“输出报表”按钮将试验结果输出到Word文档并打印； (13) save data: if the test data needs to be saved, press the "save" button to save the test data to the database for reference. Print report: if the test results need to be printed, press the "output report" button to output the test results to the Word document and print; （十四）关机：先关闭试验机电源，再关闭软件测控系统和电脑。 (14) shutdown: turn off the test machine power, and then turn off the software measurement and control system and computer. 三、注意事项 Iii. Precautions （一）工作前，检查工作台下的减速机，是否有润滑油； (1) before working, check the speed reducer in the working stage and whether there is lubricating oil; （二）预紧速度小于实验速度，防止两夹具触碰，以免损坏夹具； (2) the pre-tightening speed is less than the experimental speed and prevents two clamps touching to avoid damaging the jig; （三）小心连接传感器的线路； (3) carefully connect the wiring of the sensor; （四）试验机的丝杠、丝母，每半年加一次润滑油； (4) the screw and the mother of the testing machine, adding the lubricating oil every six months; （五）保持试验机的清洁。 Keep the testing machine clean. 四、常见故障及处理方法 4. Common faults and treatment methods （一）若试验力及位移在试验过程中不变化，检查连线及插座是否良好； (1) if the test force and displacement are not changed during the test, check whether the attachment and socket are good; （二）试验过程中如发现异常声音，立即停机检查传动系统。 (2) if abnormal sound is detected during the test, check the transmission system immediately. |
