判断系统是拉力机的首要目标
当在电脑上使用拉力机时,如果遇到:点击“测试”按钮后,机台刚运行一会儿,试样才刚受力就停机了这种情况,请将“用户参数设置”->“控制方案”->“测试方法”->“起始判断比例”的值设置得大些,在低于此值时不判断断裂,这样就不会在刚开始试验时就因误判断断裂而停机了

因为拉力机系统为一闭环系统,判断系统中哪一部分出现了故障,先要断开系统中的回路,使系统成为一开环系统。如判断传感器信号时候正常,须断开位移传感器的反馈信号,使系统成为开环。这时,从工作站发出一个控制作动器移动信号,然后测量传感器反馈值,重复几次后,当测量到传感器的反馈数据为一个线性变化的直线,判定传感器正常。
