塑料拉力机试验
(1)试验机应选择安装在清洁、干燥、无震动而且室温能控制在(10～35)℃的房间内。并且房间应有足够的空间，以保证在试验机周围有大于70cm的空间供试验和日常维护。
(1) The testing machine should be installed in a room which is clean, dry, vibration-free and room temperature can be controlled at (10-35)degrees Celsius. And the room should have enough space to ensure that there is more than 70 cm of space around the test machine for testing and daily maintenance.
(2)将试验机安装位置向下挖一坑，尺寸比试验机底座长、宽各大于50cm，深度不小于30cm。
(2) Dig a pit downward from the installation position of the testing machine. The size of the pit is longer and wider than the base of the testing machine, and the depth is not less than 30 cm.
(3)在坑内浇灌强度等级不小于C20的混凝土，在浇灌混凝土时留出锚固地脚螺钉的孔洞及安装电路、传感器的管道。混凝土基础的平面应用水平仪找平。
(3) The concrete with strength grade no less than C20 is poured into the pit. When pouring concrete, the holes for anchoring anchor bolts and the pipes for installing circuits and sensors are left. The plane of concrete foundation is leveled by level instrument.
(4)试验机接三相四线电源，电源应安装空气开关和漏电保护装置。电线距离地面应大于150cm，电线上应安装手动电闸来控制试验机电源。
(4) The test machine is connected with three-phase and four-wire power supply. The power supply should be equipped with air switch and leakage protection device. The distance between the wire and the ground should be greater than 150 cm. The manual switch should be installed on the wire to control the power supply of the test machine.
（5）试验机主体应使用框式水平仪或借用附件中的线锤在相互垂直的两个方向校正立柱的垂直度，用在主体底部插入小铁片的方法调整。装好地脚螺钉，并如带弹簧垫圈。用强度较高的水泥砂浆将各地脚螺钉孔浇固，并填实试验机与地面间的各处空隙，洒水养护一周以上，再坚固螺钉。
(5) The main body of the test machine should use the frame level meter or the line hammer in the accessories to correct the vertical degree of the column in two directions perpendicular to each other, and use the method of inserting small iron sheets at the bottom of the main body to adjust. Install foot bolts, such as spring washers. With high strength cement mortar, the holes of foot screw are poured, and the spaces between the test machine and the ground are filled. The screw is maintained by sprinkling water for more than one week, and then the screw is strengthened.
